Upside Down Jellyfish are one of these easiest jellyfish to take care of. These were our first jellies we bred and have great color. They are photosynthetic and require strong lighting. They prefer to spend their days upside down on the sand, exposing their tentacles to the light so photosynthesis to occur in their cells, which provide food for the jellyfish. They will still need to be fed several times a week with newly hatched baby brine shrimp or frozen baby brine shrimp.

Their sting is mild and most people will not be able to feel it. Their tank should not have a too strong of a current as it will make it hard for them to stay upside down. The colors range from a light blue to a light brown color.
