Rotifers can be kept at room temperature if feed phytoplankton daily. An open top bucket with an air stone works great. They will double their population daily at room temperature so new sea water (brackish water) will need to be made every day to replace what you feed to your fish.
These can be stored in the fridge for 7 days if fed one dose of phyto with an open top container. Their metabolism slows in the cold temp.
