Dead on Arrival Policy
· Any animal arriving dead must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. An up-close photo is needed for either a refund or replacement.
· Any animal that looks unhealthy when received should also be reported with up close photos in the bag and out of the bag. If photos of both are not taken, then the Live Arrival Guarantee is void.
· If your item is considered deceased, then you are entitled to either a refund or shipped a replacement on your next order.
· No refunds will be given for shipping costs.
· Any losses due to Fedex, UPS or USPS delays are not covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.
